Hello! I’m back with the tutorial on how to create your very own collage style stamped stickers that I promised. Many of you have been asking me on Instagram how I made those stickers (you can view them here or here). Many have also tried making their own and tagged me in their beautiful creations! Thank you 🙂 For those who are still uncertain on how they are made, I hope you find this tutorial useful.

Wow! Can’t believe how fast a month has just flown by. We are now into the 2nd month of the year! Can you believe it? Chinese New Year is also just around the corner and my family and I are busy preparing lots of cookies, cleaning the house and all sorts of things for yet another festive season. I can’t wait for lots of catching up with family and friends and also all the ang pao’s (red packets) that i’ll be getting. HAHAHAHA. More money to buy stationery? Maybe.

Before 2015 ends, I wanted to write this post. 2015 has been filled with so many ups and downs for me. No matter what it is, I am thankful for everything – the good and the bad.
I feel like i’ve learned a lot this year..  I’ve learned that there will be things that will go wrong and sometimes don’t always get fixed or get put back together the way they were before. I learned that things sometimes don’t turn out the way you planned, or the way you think they should happen. I’ve learned that some broken things stay broken, and I’ve learned that you can get through bad times and keep looking for better ones, as long as you have people who love you.
I guess hard times are good in their own way, too. Because I think its the only way you can achieve true happiness is if you experience true sadness as well. Sometimes you just have to go through the bad stuff to really truly appreciate the good times.
So here are some of the moments in 2015 that I want to mention.
Last weekend, mum and I baked 2 cakes; marble and an orange poppy seed cake! We also have so much baking together and it’s always exciting to see how the cakes turn out in the end. Baking is another thing I love doing besides my craze for stationery. It turned out so lovely! What are your other hobbies?
Now, moving on, I thought I would do a look back on some of the previous inserts I have finished up over the past year or so. I love looking at other people’s Traveler’s Notebook and I get a lot inspiration from them. It’s interesting to see how other’s use it on the daily – whether it is for journaling, note taking, planning or sketching. I do think over the past year, my style has slowly evolved and every time I do a page spread, it’s more like trial and error. Sometimes I really love it and sometimes….not so much.
I’m getting a bit more personal with all of you in this post. I thought about it over and over again on whether I should tell my story and I decided, I’ve worked really hard to get to where I am today and I want to help others out there if I can. So, I thought I’d share this with you – MY story.
Just recently I watched a video someone shared on Facebook on how so many children and also adults get bullied everyday all over the world – doesn’t matter where you are, what the colour of skin is and what religion you believe in. Some bullied so bad they are driven to the point where they can’t handle it anymore and take their own life. Fortunately for me, that thought had never crossed my mind.

Hello friends! How have all of you been? I sure do hope you’ve been well. I’m not too good at the moment. Been having a terrible cough and sore throat for the past few weeks.
Have you been enjoying my posts so far? I have really been enjoying writing and taking lots of photos. Although it’s a lot of work but I find it so fulfilling. Thank you for all the amazing feedback & compliments you all have given me here and on my Instagram. I will continue to work on providing better reads for all of you. Here’s the thing, my birthday was last month; 21st of November. I had a wonderful celebration with my boyfriend and my family. My boyfriend, Shaen took me out to for a lovely meal at Maison Française where he planned out everything to the tee. We had the best time.
You would think that was it right? Almost a month has passed and your birthday is over. Well…..not for me. Shaen planned a secret belated birthday surprise together with my friends behind my back . I obviously had no clue.
So this is what happened….
